Validators

A buyer can ask an approved, independent validator to check a delivered job. Validation is optional, and it is a service, not a platform guarantee.

How it works

Apply for one category. Platform staff approve or reject each application.
The buyer of a delivered job picks an approved validator for that job's category.
The validator may not be the job's owner, seller or buyer, nor linked to them as a linked account, partner, tuner or referral. The platform checks this when the request is made and again at sign-off.
The validator signs off with one of three outcomes: verified, partly verified or not verified. A partial or negative outcome needs a written reason. There is no forced pass.
If there is no sign-off within 14 days, the decision is escalated to platform review. No validation fee is taken in this build.
