Description
When an account goes through an investigation (freeze, deduction, restoration), the user should be able to see a complete, verifiable trail: every deduction, its reason, what was restored and when — so 'was this a double deduction?' is answerable from the product instead of support archaeology. Driven by an open restoration claim from a June 2026 investigation (ET-16962).
