Memecoin Triple Combo — Belief Network in NEXUS chat → Tuatara hidden-links → own launch (Memecoin Mining top upgrade)

Extends/relates to ET-22638. User (expire76, user_id 113) wants a "top upgrade" for Memecoin Mining that chains three existing capabilities into one guided workflow in NEXUS chat: 1) Belief Network equipped to NEXUS chat (read-only): user discusses live top trending memecoins/themes from belief-network community scoring (Telegram/Discord of top 100 cryptos) directly in chat. 2) User picks a candidate memecoin from that discussion; NEXUS runs the Tuatara skill (search_assets / discover_assets_from_url) on it to surface hidden-relationship assets, and the user can buy that hidden-links basket (event card / catalog trades). 3) In parallel, user launches their OWN memecoin (Robinhood Chain launchpad or Solana) on the same theme. Net = a single orchestrated "triple combo": (a) buy the trending memecoin, (b) buy its Tuatara hidden-relationship basket, (c) launch own token on the theme — all sequenced by NEXUS from one belief-network signal.
