Description

Could this be workable for the company so we could move forward get are clob exchange up and running 🙂.. Proposal: External Liquidity Bridge for Perpetual Futures For Platform 12 Oct 2026 Problem: Our perps (e.g., OIL-PERP) are listed, but with no book depth orders don't fill. Users hit "No liquidity" and leave. Building our own perp liquidity is months away. Proposal: Route unfilled perp orders to one established perp protocol that already has depth. Users stay in our UI, and we switch routing back to our own liquidity when it's ready. How it works: 1. User opens a position in our UI. 2. If our book lacks depth, the order routes to the partner via API. 3. Fill is priced against the partner's pool, with our oracle (Pyth/Chainlink) as a sanity check. 4. Position, P&L, and funding display in our UI. 5. A "Provided in partnership with [Partner]" label appears. Design rules: • Partner is the counterparty; we don't take position risk. • Open item: Confirm who holds margin and how collateral moves (bridging, custody, wallet permissions). • Our standard fee applies on top. Economics: Revenue is our platform fee plus any builder or referral rebate (terms vary by protocol; to be confirmed). Costs are one-time integration work, plus ongoing gas/bridging, oracle-vs-fill slippage, and funding-rate differences. Risks to resolve: Regulatory treatment of routing users into leveraged derivatives, partner downtime, and market availability. Candidates: GMX v2 (GLP pools), Hyperliquid (builder codes, order-book model), Gains Network (broader commodities and forex coverage). Check that OIL-PERP is actually listed on whichever we choose.
AI Analysis

Shipped the GMX v2 non-custodial variant: /perps/gmx connects the user's own wallet (EIP-6963), orders go straight to GMX v2 on Arbitrum, EventTrader never takes custody. 103 USDC-collateral markets incl. BRENTOIL, long/short, leverage cap 10x, live oracle prices, positions + close, pro-terminal routes to it when our book lacks depth.
