The model: zones, components, sources

| Optimism | 56-65 | Confidence building, early momentum. |
| Greed | 66-75 | Bullish conviction and rising hype. |
| Extreme Greed | 76-100 | Euphoria, potential overheating. |

Each component is normalised to 0-100 and combined as a weighted mean. A component with no data is left out and the weights are renormalised over what is present — never imputed, never zero-filled. A token the headline pipeline has not linked to a story in seven days has no score. The market-wide index is the market-cap-weighted mean of the scored tokens. The previous score is the same token's hourly record one timeframe earlier.
Not read today: X/Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, search-engine volume, DEX swap volume, liquidity-depth changes, smart-money flows, 30/90-day price history.
